Triumphant Return From Successful Hearts Of Fire Tour!

Hi Everyone!

I just got back to Ojai from a fantastic tour of homeless shelters in Washington, D.C. and San Diego. It was amazing being with homeless people and with those that serve them. We brought the opportunity for musical and artistic self-expression to the homeless. They really had a lot to say; their creations were incredible and the words they spoke were too. Everyone wanted us to stay longer and come back soon.

We filmed the entire tour and expect to have a short film ready for public viewing in January. We also recorded some amazing original music and collected many wonderful paintings created by the homeless people. We are planning a local exhibition of the art work to raise money for the project.

We are planning our next tours a little closer to home - Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. Later, we plan to visit shelters in LA.

I am forming a new organization to support the Hearts Of Fire Project and would love to talk with anyone who is interested in participating. I am looking for people to help with marketing, web site design, planning, logistics, fundraising, etc.
